1. 购买一包棉花糖。

棉花糖越大,做出来的棒棒糖越美味。你可以用普通或大号的棉花糖,最重要的是它能牢牢地固定在竹签上。

5. 依据个人口味决定是否要冷藏棉花棒棒糖。

如果你想要糖衣变硬,可以把棒棒糖放入冷冻冰箱。糖衣需要几个小时才能变硬。放入冷冻冰箱后,你只需要时不时检查,看看是否已经达到你想要的硬度。如果不想冷冻糖衣,那就至少等10分钟,让它们稍微冷却后即可享用棒棒糖。
