冷泡茶制作方法

虽然说冷泡茶就是将茶叶放在冷水当中让茶叶自然释放出茶味,但是还是有一些小窍门,可以让制作过程更轻松,喝的更健康!

一般冷泡茶可以选择红茶或者绿茶,两者在成分组成比例上不同,所以冲泡方式不同。

红茶具有较高的丹宁,所以为了避免红茶特有的苦涩味,不能冲泡太久。一般只需要以冷水冲泡2小时即可。

绿茶则需要冲泡较长的时间才能冲出浓厚茶香味。在冷炮绿茶时,可以将茶叶和水以 1:40 的比例放置在茶壶中,然后直接放入冰箱隔夜静置后再饮用。

不管是绿茶还是红茶,冲泡后都应尽快将茶叶和茶汤分离,并在 3 天内饮用完,避免细菌污染。
