Marshmallow pops are everywhere, and you can have some serious fun with them. Use white or milk chocolate to coat them or get ultra creative and use different colors  of meltable candy wafers. You can dunk them all the way to coat them completely, or you can just dip them halfway to give them a more “drippy” appearance.

 

1. 购买一包棉花糖。

棉花糖越大,做出来的棒棒糖越美味。你可以用普通或大号的棉花糖,最重要的是它能牢牢地固定在竹签上。

5. 依据个人口味决定是否要冷藏棉花棒棒糖。

如果你想要糖衣变硬,可以把棒棒糖放入冷冻冰箱。糖衣需要几个小时才能变硬。放入冷冻冰箱后,你只需要时不时检查,看看是否已经达到你想要的硬度。如果不想冷冻糖衣,那就至少等10分钟,让它们稍微冷却后即可享用棒棒糖。

准备材料:蛋糕预拌粉;糖霜;用来融化的巧克力;巧克力薄片(可选);装饰用小糖粒;棒棒糖棒。

4. 摆放餐具。

虽然3把餐叉、2把餐刀和2把汤匙的场景看起来比较吓人,他们的摆放其实相当简单。由使用顺序从内到外的摆设。

在餐盘的左边按顺序摆放鱼叉、沙拉叉、主餐叉。在餐盘右边,你应该按顺序摆放正餐刀、鱼刀、汤匙。在盘子水平正上面,你应该摆放甜点匙或甜点叉。牛油刀应该斜放在牛油、面包盘上。

除非是非常正式的晚餐,否则一般的晚宴如果没有足够配套的餐具,可以混合搭配。一些很好看的餐桌就是使用意想不到的材质即兴创作的结果。

第一步:找一些漂亮的花朵和一个相称的托盘

h第二步:烤一个杏仁口味的蛋糕

b1/2杯(175 克)杏仁粉
1茶匙发酵粉
1/8茶匙盐
1/4茶匙香草粉或1茶匙香草糖
4个大鸡蛋,分成蛋黄和蛋白
1茶匙白醋或柠檬汁
1/2杯(110 克)砂糖,分为1/4杯(55 克)和1/4杯(55 克)

第三步:涂上巧克力软糖霜

c125克 黄油,软化
1/3杯(50克)糖粉(确保它是一个无麸质品种)
2汤匙可可粉
50克黑巧克力(70%),熔化并冷却
1茶匙君度(法国橙味甜酒),可自选

第四步:淋上海盐焦糖

d1/3杯(75毫升)鲜奶油
1/2杯(110 G)砂糖
1/2杯(55 G)冷黄油
1/4茶匙海盐片

第五步:摆盘装饰
